3 goals in 14 appearances for Hannover according to Google but it doesn't say how many games he started.

What kind of standard is the German 4th tier, similar to league 2?

    Always someone worse off

It will take a big shock to the system to force a change. Either a big club and by big i mean like at least a Spurs or an Arsenal to go bust and not be bailed out OR for the broadcaster who wins the TV rights not to be able to pay the price they bid. That could happen theoretically if Sky...

    Always someone worse off

The only way i see some semblance of balance being reintroduced to the game is for drastic changes in the TV deal. Its that money that distorts everything and causes this enormous gulf between the premier league and the rest of us. You would need government legislation to do that though and you...

Match Thread Coventry City at Forest Green Rovers Match Thread - Saturday 3rd Feb

Nailsworth is a great place to go for a pint. There's a pub called the Village Inn that has its own microbrewery and serves the best pies known to man.

Bit hard on Shipley being dropped for Barrett. Couldn't really do any more than he has

    Anti-snowflake Entertainment

Cheerleading is a sport in my view. Its technically and physically demanding. Our Village school are insanely good at it (randomly) and win competitions all over the Country for it. They have boys, girls and mixed squads I believe.

    Coventry transfer deadline day

Kelly was keeping Stevenson out of the team before Bayliss even became part of the first team picture. I genuinely hope he goes on to have a decent career but I'm not sure he is going to find life at Wolves a bed of roses.

    Welcome Jonson Clarke-Harris

You could well be right about Ponticelli. As to him doing Doyle, i'm not sure, but hey it never hurts in this league to have a couple of players capable of scaring the shit out of the opposition.

Reid's Loan Expires on the 6th

I don't think he should ever start a game for us now unless injuries mean we have no choice and i would much rather Shipley get that game time to kick on and improve. So long as Reid is fit though he should be on the bench i think. As much as anything else he would probably prefer to just sit...

    Welcome Jonson Clarke-Harris

I'm not worried because if he dicks about A) Doyle will break his face and B) Robins just won't play him and we are no worse off than we were before. Only slight concern is that Ponticelli might get the hump if he drops even further down the pecking order but we shall see.

Reid's Loan Expires on the 6th

I would agree with that and he certainly shouldn't leap frog the likes of Shipley but at the same time we are paying him for the next few months so he has to be in the mix for selection otherwise we might as well have just paid him off. Stevenson was on the bench fairly regularly so we will need...

    Welcome Jonson Clarke-Harris

jch off maybe Comments on this Rotherham forum don't seem to allude to any knobheadedness on JCH's part. Opinions seem to vary between "a good player who wasn't given enough game time" to "he had the talent but lacked the desire".

    Welcome Jonson Clarke-Harris

Andy Thorn tight-lipped after Jonson Clarke-Harris departure Thorns only comment about JCH in that article was “He hasn’t been offered a new deal for reasons we can’t go into.” That covers a very wide range of sins

Reid's Loan Expires on the 6th

A heartfelt apology would do him the power of good right now. Put it on record that he made a mistake, thought he was bigger than the club and that he's sorry and going to do everything in his power to help City get promoted by way of recompense. OK he might just be blowing smoke up our arses...
