Can't see us buying a keeper. Successive managers have stuck with Burge and i think they will again.

It's keeping hold of our better players that will be the issue. Willis, Bayliss, McNulty will all attract interest I should imagine and possibly even the likes of Shipley and Hyam too.

Am i the only one who thinks keeping hold of McNulty is unlikely? Don't get me wrong i'd love him to stay but with the season he's had and our propensity for selling anything thats not nailed down........................

Im pretty sure if we were owned by anyone other than Sisu they would be open to selling half of the lease to us. It's just that no one wants to get involved with them and rightly so.

Surely the prospect of eventually getting their grubby mits on the Ricoh is the only reason Sisu are still around? If Wasps did suddenly do one i don't think Sisu would hesitate to try and buy it. Whether they would be allowed to is another matter.

Makes little difference now because we no longer own Ryton outright, its mortgaged to the hilt through Arvo. As the only real asset left of any value, Arvo are going to want to close on that debt in the not too distant future, whether we have a new training ground or not.

Have to confess, I was over the moon when we signed Vincenti but he hasn’t lived up to expectations. I saw him play so many times for Rochdale and he was superb (relative to the division that is) and I really thought he would do the same for us but alas………….

Played 38 games for Hibs this season. Rubbish in all of them too :D

In fairness that's true in any workplace. The top bods can have all the vision they like but without people on the ground to make it happen it means nothing.
