    Ran the Northbrook 10km today, and as planned, it formed the middle section of a long run (i'd knocked up 17.5 miles by the time i got home). Ran 40mins flat (ok..... 40:04) Had hoped for a little quicker..... the plan had been to run the majority uphill first 6km in as close to 40min pace...
