    Championship thread 25/26!

Exactly. I don't recall Sunderland getting preferential coverage last season. If you go on their forum i suspect they'll claim they were/are on the receiving end of inferior coverage (which would be equally incorrect)

Should Robins get a Song from the SBA at Stoke?

It bothered me when i was 15 and Dion scored against us at Villa Park in that 4-1 If its bothering someone as a grown adult then i despair.

Who gives a toss if someone celebrates a goal for their new team.

Can we get to 50 points

Its a really hard run until the new year. If we're still in the top two on New Years Day, i won't necessarily be surprised as we're as good as anyone else, but it'll be a very good effort.

    Sam McCallum

When i moved sunday league teams, i played my old club, scored (actually it hit me and went in off my arse), and i celebrated like i'd scored in the World Cup Final.

    Can the arrogance finally stop?

Bunch of babies on here. "i've never said that you fucking waste of a wank" Quite alarming that David O Day is thinking of wanking over Procdoc.

    Rangers

The best thing abut Milan is the transport network to nearby towns and cities, and high-speed rail to slightly further afield. Can comfortably manage three games in a weekend if you get fortunate with kickoff times. Within 60-90mins you can be in Genoa, Turin, Bergamo, Brescia, Como, Verona...

Nice.... my aim is to break 17mins, possibly in Battersea on New Years Eve, but more likely (if at all) in the Spring. Current pb for me is 17:19 from last March.

I'm not sure where you are with pb's etc, i know you were running mid-17s if not lower for 5km..... must be close to 17mins flat off a session like that.

While everyone was focused on bashing Watford, we were heading up the M1 to Long Eaton, for the National Cross Country Masters (over 35s) Relays...... also held in conjunction with the Midlands Champs. 5 legs of 3km each. We've had a solid bunch of masters athletes for a couple of years, but...

    Irish Sky Blues?

Half the "Irish" in Coventry go to Cheltenham races once a year and think that qualifies them. Celtic shirt to make it official.

    Next block of 5

Those three away games are tough, and Sheffield United will improve. Really need to beat Watford. Remaining unbeaten through those would be an achievement. 8 points would be a decent return.... anything more would be superb.

Yesterday while everyone was focused on the Blackburn game, we were in action in Wolverhampton for the Midlands Cross-Country Relays. 4 legs of 6km, typical cross country..... some rough ground, steep banks up and down.... but was a reasonably flat course for cross-country, and very hard...

    Running

Nice. We've got club session tonight on the roads round the outside of the Memorial Park. Cross-country season is upon us...... saturday is the Midlands Relays next door to the Wolves academy, 4 legs of 6km. Then the following weekend is the National Masters (over 35) Relay at Long Eaton...

    What moment still haunts you?

Thinking about it, the QF loss to Sheff Utd was terrible. Although one game that really stands out for me.... losing 4-1 away to Shrewsbury on a grim weeknight in (i think) our first season down in League 1....... a real moment of realisation of where we were. I'm afraid VAR has taken...

    What moment still haunts you?

For me, the moment when whoever it was (Panzo?) trod on the ball and gifted Luton the "goal" at the end of extra time...... that was worse than the penalty shootout loss for me. *obviously it was ruled out due to VAR/handball/something, so it was only momentary.... but that was a terrible...
