don't see whats wrong with people singing 'its coming home'. After all, we all sing songs like "We're by far the greatest team, the world has very seen" about our clubs (despite being in league 1, 2 whatever), and good old 'Ke sara sara' after a 4-2 defeat of Wycombe early on in the Checkatrade...

If it helps, I'm finding that singing 'it's coming home' after first chaging all of the sylables to 'fuck' is quite therapeutic.

It's the time period before the outcome that I'm referring to. I'm positve about the potential outcome and so am happy during the build up to it. People that are negative about the potential outcome are generally miserable buggers in my experience.
