You most certainly can get a mortgage on a long lease (say 99 years or more) at a very low or nominal ground rent. It happens all the time, especially but not exclusively with flats.

I totally agree. I posted the other day that I think we have the best midfield in the Championship. As good a player as Gus Hamer is, we now have (as a group) a better midfield than when we had him and O'Hare. Torp and Rudoni are great players at this level and Grimes just holds everything...

We have, over the last two games, set the bar at scoring an average of six goals a game. After allowing for the Hull match this means we are on track to score 270 league goals this season. That should be good enough for the top six 👍
