We definitely need to improve our defence. We are short of quality cover if either Kitching or Thomas is out. I know it is early days but no-one in the top 14 of the table has conceded more than us and only Millwall and Southampton have conceded the same.

I'd keep Bidwell as left CB cover unless we can get better in before the window closes. His lack of pace doesn't get so exposed there as at LB.
