Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

Don't just quote half of it: State aid is a European Commission term referring to forms of assistance from a public body or publicly-funded body which is given to organisations engaged in economic commercial activity on a selective basis, with the potential to distort competition and affect...

And that is why Chris West has always said it did not constitute state aid.

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

Has the lines of argument become clearer now? CCC QC saying they made a decision based on information they had. ACL QC saying they were given that information because it didn't fit criteria of state aid. Nobody is admitting state aid law was breached. It will come down to Judges...

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

In fairness the Judge probably knows and has researched this but has to let him present his case for the benefit of the court and you lot in the gallery.

I would say they remain confidential as they are either deemed sensitive or irrelevant to the case and therefore not entered the public domain. Sensitive in disclosure term means sensitive information not relevant I.e. An email to Chris West might show Joy Seppala's personal mobile number. If...

    Judicial Review bets

I bet the fans will still be arguing the toss months after the JR is history and the Judge has published his findings.

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

Don't know as it is not worded very well. Even if procedure wasn't followed doesn't make end result necessarily illegal? There are two strands to the case. Let's wait and see what the Judge makes of it.

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

The JR remit has always been narrow. I think SISU have used it to get disclosure and try and bring things out to their advantage. However the Judge has kept it, rightly, to what is relevant to the case he is hearing. I think a lot of fans haven't always had their heads around what the JR...

Well if Joy is going to lead from underneath an umbrella she could of at least bought a CCFC one from the club shop. Plus her baggage is slim green.

So you were wrong then? The truth never came out, the big bombshell turned out to be a wet fart.

Who is calling the shots at SISU ?

Seriously, I am sure he is having a say, but Sepalla is the one based in the UK and running their interests here. They are a business partnership and although they might bounce ideas off each other, he may trust her just to get on with it.
