Poll: Ann Lucas v Marlon King.

If either of them wanted to watch a game at the Ricoh it wouldn't bother me. If they wanted to play for the team I wouldn't fancy that though.

When we sell Wilson, I hope you all remember......

I never said he was great but there is some evidence the deals were available and on the table and the reason why he resigned. I see him as just another part of the multitude of SISU failings.

    Valuations of ACL

But SISU acting illegally by breaching a contract to try and distress them remains. Their claim they were forced to vacate the Ricoh is equally unsound, also are they still trying to hijack legislation when it was them that initiated the distortion of the market? ACL are clear in their...

    Interesting statement from Waggott

Must have been the way we were being run then?

    Match day revenues or stadium?

And did not Anne Lucas suggest the reason distrust had grown around SISU for CCC (as I would suggest the majority of fans) was; "they never produced a clear future plan". It is no good a certain faction on here saying "where is the evidence they will do that"....the onus has to be on them...

    Valuations of ACL

The other consideration is if SUSU acted illegally (broke contracts) aggressively tried to distress ACL and as a result CCC took the best option to protect their investment? Then SISU try to hijack legislation for their own ends, when it is them that has tried to distort the market. I...

I won't contest the Pantomime Season, I bow to your superior knowledge of it, considering it employs you full time.

When we sell Wilson, I hope you all remember......

He (Ransom) did have a deal for Andy Carroll tee'd up for 1m And Jordan Henderson willing to sign after a loan spell...but when they were blocked by SISU he threw in his cards. He has faults...but his football knowledge seems to outstrip the Waggott dealings, or do you disagree?

    Interesting statement from Waggott

We are at Sixfields definitely, that's a fact today. What's going to happen in the future....Ricoh return, liquidation, or something in between? Who knows, let's not have loads of debate on speculation turning over the same old ground.

You have just put SISU's whole tenure into perspective, silly me for not seeing the wood from the trees.

    Murphy departure draws nearer

I agree with that, done his job and acted professionally. No surprise he is leaving though. He is one player I think it would have been straight forward to hang on to. I understand he was prepared to take a reduction in wages, which suggests our budget really is slender.

Key points from the final day of the Judicial Review on the offal

I find it hard to believe any fan ever thought they were forced out. It has always be clear in my mind they had their own agenda for moving and one of the key points was to distress ACL. The irony of their claim the CCC loan distorted the market, no one has tried to distort the market more...

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

The proposal should go to the European Commission for them to investigate whether it would be deemed state aid. That is my understanding

Judicial review day 3 - judgement day

Don't follow your Olympic analogy, that's not affecting trade between member states. It means if money were put into a UK car manufacturer which priced Renault and BMW out of the UK market...that would be state aid.
