    Wasps action

Exactly. If the council are completely powerless over this, a site they own the freehold on leased to a club they were instrumental in bringing to the city, then they might as well shutdown.

    Community Club of the Year

Well deserved, the SBITC team do some great work.

    Wasps action

Why isn't talk to Wasps an answer? They clearly have influence over them and that is exactly what they do in other situations. If JLR said they were leaving Coventry should the council just act as if it wasn't happening or work to keep them here? Besides the council have previously stated that...

    Wasps action

Some good news that might be worth highlighting. If the club goes so does everything associated with it such as this.

    Who do you blame?

It was £10m and it was for a fifth of the period Wasps were offered.

There was a little model, think it was in the boardroom at HR, that had a pitch you could slide out. That was me sold.

    Whiff of Desperation, something happening?

Don't think that was the last time someone involved in this mess threated to take legal action against our supporters.

    Whiff of Desperation, something happening?

There's no date, think people are guessing that it will be the he next couple of months based on how long other cases are taking to get to court.

    Whiff of Desperation, something happening?

You need to ask the council. They're the ones talking about SISU winning.

    Wasps action

Would that be a fan of Wasps who play in a third full ground with increasing debt and losses? Also. has anyone heard a single one of our fans ever say its all Wasps fault?

    Wasps action

Don't see why not if its not controversial. Maddison was at the opening of the new indoor pitch and there's some footage of him talking fondly of the club, would be no different to that.

    Whiff of Desperation, something happening?

But that's exactly what some have been saying. That those in positons of influence have a personal grievance with Fisher and / or SISU which is clouding their judgement. Rather than pursing what is best for the football club they are instead targeting SISU no matter what the cost.

    Wasps action

Suggested this before, so easy to do with everyone having a smartphone. Get the old blokes on as well who have been going for decades, Jimmy Hill singing PUSB in the background. Get someone who can video edit and cut in footage of our finest moments. Make a series of them small enough to share...

    Whiff of Desperation, something happening?

Former council leader and trust chairman John Fletcher is currently stating on twitter that SISU should drop the legal action as if they win Wasps will have to pay more. If they win that means the council have done something they shouldn't.

    Whiff of Desperation, something happening?

Didn't realise the Trust, council and Wasps were also in charge of sorting Brexit. No wonder they all seem a bit stressed :emoji_joy:

You can actually see who is viewing threads so we can all CJ has been looking at the thread since people have been asking for an update but no response has been given. Even a 'we haven't had chance to discuss them yet' would be better than complete silence.

    Whiff of Desperation, something happening?

More than a whiff. What is interesting is that multiple people who have, or had, associations with the trust and council are trying desperately to push everything back on to SISU and don't want any pressure or questions for Wasps or the council. I would have thought that everyone's primary aim...

Doubt he contacted CWR and demanded to go on. More likely that, as this is a big story, they're contacting people who have been involved asking them to come on.
