    Aspirations

I think you are right, but no one gets every transfer right and you still need luck with injuries especially with a small squad. I just hope our fans remain realistic and give him time to do the job.

    Aspirations

Best thing SISU have done getting TM....perhaps an admittance they don't know how to run a football club. yes it is great he has been able to dispose of alot of the deadwood, but that leaves a lot of players to bring in on a limited budget. I think finding the right players will take about...

    McFarlane's Staying Then.

Didn't Mowbray suggest he wasn't looking at reducing back room staff but adding to it? He's made it quite clear the infrastructure was stripped to the bone...he believes you need the right personel to create the right professional environment.

This Player Cull / Retain List

Stokes has improved since joining and is a squad player he thinks he can develop. Just as important Stokes has obviously shown he wants to learn and develop as a player.....where as Nouble has probably shown the wrong attitude, very immature with a big ego and lots of footballing faults.

This Player Cull / Retain List

he will have seen what Thomas can offer, and he may feel I can develop him. Swanson He will have a look at pre season, but will have made his mind up by the start.

This Player Cull / Retain List

It will be a mix, out of contract bye bye, in contract paid off, transfer listed, out of contract we would like you to stay....I am sure players would have already received an indication, phones might have been busy last night.

    Mowbray Era Begins The Choices

As I have said Otis Burge needs back up with a more experienced keeper. Barton and Nouble have serious flaws. I appreciate your "I hope we look past these players" sentiment. But we are so thin on the ground when it comes to quality. Yes it is a blank canvass but bringing in so many in one...

    Mowbray Era Begins The Choices

I really do believe he has inherited squad players with potential rather than cornerstones to aid building a strong team. GF, CB, CM, CF all cry out for new blood. however I think TM will see some hope in players, he believes he can develop. Burge I think he will stick with but will probably...

West Ham in the league cup?

It was a good game with a good atmosphere, one which showed the Ricohs potential. We put up,a good fight and lost at the death, our legs were starting to go. We definitely deserved something out of this game. West Ham fans flexed their muscles afterwards, they always do, they have always...

    Retained list 9am tomorrow

I think that is a fair estimate of things. I certainly believe Barton and Nouble should go, I might be tempted to give Finch a bit longer to develop. something tells me TM will give either Barton or Nouble another chance...but hope he doesn't. Perhaps it is me being paranoid?

    Mowbray confirmed via club twitter

Oh what a wonderful feeling, finished work drinking a beer and TM is in place. It is going to be a busy summer with all the re structuring and finding the required personnel. now nothing guarantees you success, but the appointment of TM is a big step in the right direction. I just hope fans...

    To Stay or Go

Like most polls and surveys, the question/options are poor. Usually because they are vague or ambiguous. So I can't give an opinion in this case.

    SISU, Swansea and CCFC

yep, agree the spiral has been going for sometime before SISU. But as I keep saying only the current owners of a football club can turn it round. You have to look to the future and deal with the present. The past only offers reasons not solutions. Regarding the atmosphere at home games, I...

    An apology

well good luck with your negotiations. Your original post was just looking for feedback? Unfortunately there wasnt much detail to give feedback on. If that was due to a need for confidentiality then it made the whole exercise a bit pointless.

    SISU, Swansea and CCFC

This "organic" growth of their loyal fanbase wouldn't have anything to do with going from the 4th tier of English Football to the Premiership in eleven years would it? also I notice on their board of directors they have a director who represents the supporters...that person has obviously done a...
