Match Thread Bristol City V Coventry City

Hard to judge as I don't really know where Bristol rate in terms of quality compared to the rest of the Championship. People were shitting themselves in the week like we were playing Barcelona and I feared a hammering. Shame we couldn't hold on for a point. Lots of positives though. Fitness...

Looking ragged now. Shame we had to use subs on Kelly and Hamer. Would have been nice to be able to bring fresh legs on for the last 10 minutes.

Poor marking there. Can’t let them have that much room.

Get Sheaf on for Hamer. One more foul and he's getting a red.

After the first 30 seconds thought we looked decent, particularly going forward. If we didn't already know this has certainly shown opposing teams will be quicker to break and look more likely to score from their chances. ifollow not great, surely they knew there would be more demand than usual.

Is it just a change of slogan from Kick It Out or is there more to it?

That's exactly it. Buy the pass online and log into the app with the same account details. You don't have to use the app to watch, you can get the stream on the CCFC site as well.

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

There's an interesting article about our testing issues on Bloomberg. Of course mentions that we declared we would have a world beating system and are now behind everyone else. From what the article says the issue is that everything has been contracted out to private contractors who have then...

This is a pretty interesting article about the chap in charge in Sweden. Think it'll be a long time before we can say who got things right. https://www.ft.com/content/5cc92d45-fbdb-43b7-9c66-26501693a371

    How long until

Are teams here subject to greater restrictions than the rest of the population? Seem to recall that was the situation in Scotland as a couple of players broke the rules and Sturgeon treated to stop all games. If they are thats a huge number of people you're relying on doing what they're told in...

Championship Club Membership - 1st Sept

1800 sold according to Boddy's update 3 days ago. Would have thought most season ticket holders would have already got theirs if they are intending to so you've got the next priority period of members, JSBs and match package holders before general sale. Not sure if by members they mean people...

That's weird. Thought you just had to file the paperwork and it was pretty much automatic from there. What's the hold up?

If Robins says he never had him a chance I expect we'll be announcing his signing soon!

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

A £15bn boost would be incredible work by the government to be fair as according to the ONS trade in 2019 totalled £31.4bn which was a record year. Imagine it will impact the car industry significantly, will be interested to see Grendel's take on the deal given his experience in that area.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I"m not sure we're going to get significantly better deals than we did as part of the EU, which is of course what was promised. Pretty much as soon as the result was announced that started being rowed back and talk changed to getting deals as good as the EU which all seems to make the whole...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Good news that we have an agreement in principle for a trade deal with Japan. Of course the devil will be in the detail in terms of what it gives us that last years EU - Japan deal lacked.
