    Tim Westwood

This has been a known thing for years. He does loads of freshers events and some of the stories that come out are pretty horrific. Of course it’s the usual story that nothing has ever been done and he’s been invited back year after year.

got to feel sorry for the guy. depending on the plans for treatment a pay off and letting him go home to get sorted might be the best option for everyone

    Government white paper

Portsmouth was the mind blowing one for me. They'd been into administration a stupid number of times and come very close to ceasing to exist. Supporters handed over huge amounts of money to save the club, the business plan allowed significant losses the first few years of 'fan ownership' which...

    Government white paper

I had weird we know who you are messages on Facebook referencing posts on this forum. Didn't really think much of it until I found out other people, whose views didn't line up with the trust, were getting similar.

    Government white paper

if trusts are to play any sort of formalised role then the way trusts currently operate needs to be looked out. I can't imagine ours is much different to any others and I wouldn't want them in anyway involved in running the club.

Could be, or could be he has a minor injury that's not bad enough to stop him playing or being on the bench or could just be that he wants to give Wilson some game time.

A Club, its Fans, a Ground and New Owner.

this has always been the issue when people say SISU should just sell. Unless you have a connection to the club who in their right mind thinks we're a better takeover target than pretty much every other club in the country

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Shouldn't the speaker, or someone, actually do something about this. Surely you can't just keep blatantly lying in parliament with no comeback while anyone who says you are lying gets kicked out.

    Bournemouth attendance

Even with the ridiculous segregation where are the 8K empty seats? That's 25% of the seats empty, there can't be that many not in use surely. Or when people say its capped at 24K do they mean 24K home tickets which sounds plausible, 6K away, 2K segregation and that would add up.

Match Thread Bournemouth (H) Easter Monday

what's the reason this time? isn't it supposed to be Saturday matches that aren't on ifollow? they seriously need to look at the pricing for next season, can't see many people renewing with the number of games that are unavailable.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

From The Times, "There are fears that Gray’s report, said to be highly critical and damaging for the government, could be delayed until after the May local elections.". What a surprise.

    Fa cup semi finals

that's got to be it. 2-0 and Pep has a chance to work some half time magic but surely Liverpool aren't going to let them back into this one.

Student loan interest - an absolute disgrace

there's defiantly benefit to academia but I'm not sure there's a lot of benefit to having hundreds or even thousands of people studying things like media studies or music management when there simply aren't the jobs available. The knock on impact is that those type of industries now have a huge...
