    Wasps downward spiral...

you could also make an argument that it only works for football because it is such a hugely popular sport globally. It could turn out to be a very dangerous path for rugby to follow, the global sports rights market is collapsing with broadcasters realising that very few sports actually produce...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

This comment pretty much sums it up, "No, we definitely haven’t got the Brexit we voted for and were promised. But I’d still vote Leave again and again and again."

Is there any part of rugby that isn't a complete joke. European Cup but with South African teams. How does anyone take this seriously.

Presumably they had hybrid working so weren't all in at the same time and some genius has ordered them all back to the office.

    Pitch invasions

I get people going mad if you've won the league or been promoted but Everton last night was embarrassing. People just need to stay off the pitch, its not hard, there's people even sending their kids on now. We'll end up behind fences again the way things are going.

I thought whoever said he'd be the next mayor was joking. We def need a new system to select a mayor, having the likes of Lucas and Mason is just an embarrassment to the city.

Something is wrong, other countries don't seem to have this many injuries and as you say its not a new thing this season. How often do we have high hopes for someone who is breaking into the team only for them to get a serious injury and never be seen again. These players are bowling in country...

That's Archer, Stone, Fisher, Curran and Mahmood all out with back injuries at the moment. Wood and Robinson out as well. At some point surely questions have to be asked about the coaching and conditioning work that is done in the England setup.

Wasn't that even mentioned in the prospectus, something like there will be no problems paying the interest because we're borrowing the money for that and ring fencing it.

There's some suggestion on that ADVFN board that there will only be part payment in the near future with the rest promised at a later day. Surely that's not going to happen, the debt is due now you can't just say we'll pay it when we've got it! Also questions on there around if they are trading...

Doubt we'll ever find out but would love to know what happened at that meeting. Going into it the local media were reporting it would be a very tight vote and struggle to get through. There was then a meeting, with the bosses at Wasps there, where no public were allowed and no minutes or notes...

so if you've got bonds you haven't got your money back and you now can't sell them. I would laugh but I suspect a lot of the bonds are held by fans rather than investors who can't afford to potentially lose this money.

But if he's worried about that how does raising interest rates help? People don't have enough money to cover the essentials, how does raising the cost of their mortgage do anything other than create more calls for wage increases, exactly what he says would be a problem.

Is there not a difference between inflation because people are going mad spending on luxuries and inflation because the cost of the essentials is going thought the roof? I appreciate the end result is the same but if people can't afford food, heating etc just telling them they don't need more...

tbh I've got issues with the way the council has been run in recent years past the Ricoh situation. But specific to the Ricoh just the simple fact of moving a club halfway across the country is enough for me. That's before you even get to the lies that were spun to make it seem acceptable and...

Matt Fisher also out for the season with a fracture. At what point does the coaching need to be looked at, other sides don't seem to get this many injuries and we do seem to have a habit of trying to change peoples actions, you'd hope someone has looked to make sure these things aren't linked.

So what happens if the due diligence throws something up, maybe something like the stadium being massively over valued as happened to Wasps at Loftus Road, the reason they ended up at Wycombe in the first place. Surely if due diligence is still being carried out there is a chance, no matter how...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

There was a documentary on the foreign office, think it was on the BBC, that covered Johnsons time and lets just say he didn't come out of it looking like someone you'd want to be reliant on or who you would consider a future PM.
