CCFC Ltd cannot be run at a loss...

Whoever owns the shares in CCFC Ltd, the company (CCFC Ltd) cannot be run at a loss. Surely ACL/Council have brains to realize this ? I am NOT a lover of SISU, but I can see it's point... SISU is trying to get CCFC Ltd to be able to operate at a profit. This will apply to any owner of the...

    Moderator

Ok .... SISU (for all its faults) has suggested a moderator. Now, if ACL/Council refuse, who is the bad guy ?

ACL Sky Blues- a "back door" take over ?

Not sure how, or if, this would work ACL now has access to all revenue and monies held. Why not transfer all the funds/contracts etc into a new company ie, ACL Sky Blues ? That way, ACL Sky Blues would own half the stadium, have access to all revenues and leave SISU up the creek without a...

How did MK Dons remain in the Football League

Just wondering the scenario when MK Dons bought Wimbledon.. how did they move from South London to Milton Keynes and stay in the Football League. Could CCFC do something similar and move to a new location ? Not sure how it worked or if our situation is the same.

    Knocking Phil brown?

Phil Brown rates Sky Blues A couple of season ago met Phil Brown in Hospitality. He was telling me he thought managing CCFC was a job he would love to have. He spoke with passion and enthusiasm for the club, I think Hoofroyd was manager at the time,

    Nigel Adkins

Agree - badly treated by Saints. Had taken Saints from Div 1 to Premiership in successive seasons and was doing ok when Saints sacked him. Experience counts.

    CWR Phone In

David Icke ! Was a goalkeeper on CCFC's books in his youth (not a lot of people kknow this!). Reserve team 'keeper, may have played one or two first team games late 1950's early 60's.

Not many will agree with me, but :-

Now SISU has no chance of buying a half share in the Ricoh, maybe put CCFC into Administration now, enabling someone to come in and "rescue" the Sky Blues and get rid of SISU. I know this would mean another year (at least) in Division One, but maybe in the long term may be best for CCFC.

The SISU situation is affecting our home attendances

I believe the uncertainty of the Club's future is affecting the attendances at the Ricoh. Of course, we "diehards" will go no matter what, but there must be several thousand more who would go if the SISU situation was sorted out. The missing thousands no longer have faith in the club's future...

    Which would you prefer ?

Administration and 10 point reduction to get rid of SISU or: Get to Play-Offs and Promotion but with SISU at the helm for the foreseeable future ? Choice of two only, no alternatives.

    Fisher pays tribute to fans

The point I am trying to make is that the Ricoh has a capicity of 32,000 which could be filled each week with a successful team. There are so many dormant fans -- (remember 32,000 v Chelsea in the FA cup 3 seasons ago ?) just waiting. Had SISU realized from the start that success = increased...

    Fisher pays tribute to fans

This just shows SISU that there is a huge dormant following just waiting for success ! That, SISU, is the way forward -- I can well remember regular gates of 35,000 at Highfield Road. So, SISU, produce the goods and you'll increase your revenue ! (Why the ferk they didn't realize this from...

    Message from Seppala

Sounds to me like Joy has,is or is getting, a whole lot of support from other League clubs even to the extent of showing up the Council for it's small-mindedness and lack of support ? Clever move Joy !

    Dear deluded.....

Fortunately the majority on here accept that no team is going to win every game between now and the end of the season. OK, be disappointed when we don't win when the expectation was that a game is "winnable". We are going to lose between now and the end of the season, as are the rest of the...

Port Vale "[We'll] be prepared to do a ground share [with City]"

For us old OAP's, I've always felt a soft spot for Port Vale. In the late 1950's Port Vale and CCFC were founder members of Division 4 ( Both having been relegated from Division 3( South) and Division 3 (North) respectively. The following season Port Vale and CCFC were both promoted back to...

CET: Ricoh talks back on "It's what the fans want us all to do"

What a load of nonsense from SISU.... they used the poll as an excuse to re-nter the talks with SISU to save face ! Is SISU that blind not to see that it without supporters or fans, there is no CCFC (except in name only). We supporters ARE CCFC !!!

    A Reminder to ACL...

Kick CCFC and you have NO rent Continue charging the existing rent and CCFC will go bust --- you will have NO rent. Make your mind up ACL -- half a loaf (or 1/4 loaf) is better than no loaf!

Do ACL need us or not?

Yes, ACL does need us.. should CCFC vanish, so does the Ricoh branding and any revenue from CCFC, renegotiated or otherwise. ACL cannot survive on just a couple of pop concerts a year. In my opinion, ACL has cut off it's own nose to spite it's face. They will be left with a White Elephant.
