weren't there documents from Yorkshire bank showing they were prepared to restructure the loan? isn't the jr verdict available on this site? would help clear up some of the nonsense including les reid's assertion about sisu being willing and able to write off the bank loan.

That's the point. There were/are 2 ongoing cases. One of which was ruled on today and the 2nd which was recently filed about the loan basically now belonging to a private company in which the Council has no stake- hence the "further state aid".
