Not especially involved but not playing badly. A lot of our play is down the wings with the fullbacks getting forward so middle is often bypassed. A couple of trademark dribbles.

No he shouldn't. He did everything right from his positioning to the technique but it was just a great piece of defending. The guy threw himself in front of him 3 yards away.

Textbook away performance so far. Soaked up some early pressure, started to win our individual battles and got on top, scored a goal and saw the half off. Just hope we don't get sucked into parking the bus 2nd half. We've got plenty in attack to trouble these without relying on the counter...

Confidence has flooded back into these players over the xmas period. Great to see the young players trying to be clever and enjoying their footy.

Hyam's had a commanding half too, might be growing into a leader at the back there. Can't see them leaving Akinfenwa off for long in the 2nd half though, our CBs winning their battles a bit too easily. Get a 2nd before half time city!

I feel a bit of dirty guilt over Sterling. Far too good for this division, really isn't fair on the poor league 1 forwards.

Forwards challenge on Sterling by Nathan Tyson. Sterling broke into the box and had probably lost control too, very unnecessary challenge on him. Calm pen from Chaplin who has looked lively today.

The accuracy of Kelly's forward passing is such an asset in this set up. Our kids are starting to flex their muscles a bit: Sterling, Thomas, Chaplin - too quick in thought and ground speed for this Wycombe team. Need to utilise that more.

Seem to have weathered Wycombe's strong start now. Kelly covering a lot of ground for the fullbacks who are now much more involved again.

Our passing is hesitant because of the lack of simple forward options, caused by how deep we are. Full backs haven't had anywhere near the licence to get forward as they had in the home games. Sterling does get forward and it's our best move of the game followed by Mason getting forwward on the...

Extremely deep and everything long again so far. Few early Wycombe long balls pushed us back and now they're getting it down and playing in the spaces it's left.

The ref is due one! Always makes me nervous when they've barely reffed all season - 4 games at this level. Lee Collins will be the man in the middle of the Sky Blues clash against The Wanderers in the Sky Bet League One action at Adams Park So far this season, Collins has officiated in: 4...

Not sure where they are getting their optimism from, they've lost 3 on the trot - to 2 of the bottom 3 teams either side of conceding 3 first half goals to an inconsistent Burton side. That said, i do think we'll need a couple of goals to see them off though but this is a perfect opportunity to...

    FL top away attendances 2018

Especially good when you consider that the rest of those on the list are either massive local derbies or a trip for a lower club to a top PL team.

    The goal

Coinciding exactly with Robins dropping that negative deep set up and getting the ball down to play a bit of football. Who would have though an attacking midfielder would be more effective in an attacking team with people making runs in front of him, rather than receiving the ball 10 yards...

Thought that too both at the time and on the replays, especially when running. Could he have done better? Yes. But needs perfect technique there to catch that right while on the move. Think people must be judging that on his position on the pitch. For me a decent chance, but by no means a sitter.

Tom Bayliss - show me the money.

He literally made his league debut 1 year and 2 weeks ago. He played right midfield in L2. Now he's playing CM in a L1 team, 8 points off the play off, with no reason why we shouldn't win the next 4 games against a team we beat 3 times in the last 3 matches and then 3 of the bottom 4.
