SISU were often quick to use the NDA argument when people wanted more info on the deals that saw them buy the club. CCC hide behind NDAs on the sale of ACL and other parts of their dealings with Wasps.

An assumption CCC would do a deal with SISU if Wasps disappeared. More likely to fly in an Antarctic tiddlywinks team to rent it for nothing :)

Technically it is not in the court system yet. It's an investigation by an administrative body. If either party objects to the findings then it goes into the legal system as it falls under the European Court of Justice

The fact there are NDAs means there's things that potentially embarrassing or worse out there. The fact we refer to them frequently suggests it's not so much on the football club's side.

I think the "old" way depreciated them based on the value of their playing contract. But now technically a player in the last year of his contract would surely be worth nothing?
