    Ratings

Not to do with ratings as such, but re: your point about Doyle - I'm sure that last season on the Sunderland forum (he was there on loan) someone posted some stats about the percentage of aerial challenges he won. It was scarily low. He is talented with the ball at his feet. I thought Vik was...

Well played - showed fight and fought back twice from behind. Sorry if it doesn't fit the agenda of some on here, but I'm happy with that.

5-0 last season. People were predicting similar, and we should be level.

If (big if) we can keep a clean sheet in the 2nd half, we ought to get the chance for some sort of a result. OK attack, poor defence. Godden fairly anonymous, but knows where the net is (tempted to let Tavares have a run out though) Keep giving the ball to Gyo (and get O'Hare back asap)

We are playing ok (except for at the back!), We look like creating chances.

Have you lot all missed the bigger news. Luton have kept Adebayo on the bench. Madness (given his previous against us). Cheered me up no end.

In every match, two teams are involved, and unfortunately ours will often come off second best (particularly so when fate conspires against you). Taking the long view, I'm happy with MR and where he's taken us. The idea that he and AV don't try and address issues is a bit simplistic. Even if we...

Agree. Hoping we have a cunning plan, and it works🤞

    Transfer Rumour Gary Cahill

Fair enough - he'd be an interesting signing, but expect others at our level could afford to pay more wages. So long as we stay up this season, I don't mind who we do/don't sign.

    Transfer Rumour Gary Cahill

It would be like when we got Ben Turner back. One stretch for the ball, a bit of a stumble, and game over.

That's how I see it too. Hoping Blues get a few injuries/suspensions at The Hawthorns tomorrow. The Blues match looks a bit tougher now Chong and Bielik are on the scene. Edit: Just bought my ifollow match pass for tomorrow; next, need some lager to celebrate/commiserate as the game progresses.

    Has London Bridge fallen ?

Haven't trawled the thread, so apologies if already mentioned, but has anybody else thought that Nicola Sturgeon must be gutted that HM passed away in Scotland, as the subsequent ceremonies may well have cemented Scotland to the rest of the UK. Might be wrong, but I can't help but think that...

Will the next two games (Luton and Birmingham away) go ahead?

My bad - although you still fucked up 'ally's' ;) Call it 1-1 !

The worst seats I ever had the misfortune to come across were at the old Baseball Ground. Have vivid memories of my shins scraping across the back of the seats in front. It was as if they had been designed for 10 year olds (and skinny ones at that)
