    Wasps downward spiral...

Not if it's like pouring money down the drain (which it is with their lack of income from punters/TV. and inevitable rising costs).

Agree - but bean counters don't care/ On CWR recently, they keep playing a clip of a dad who forked out for 3 tickets for him and his daughter to see Taylor Swift (he thought she was a bloke!) They cost £136 a pop . Supply and demand. Taylor Swift (and her bean counters) doesn't care about...

Agree, but if we don't get a result, it will be called out as 'at home, and we're so negative, we only play one up front'. Can already feel the keyboards waiting to be tapped.

West Brom have Swift and Wallace(arguably Diangara) as their main threats imo - although if that Furlong plays, we'll face that long throw sh*t. Weakened by Ajayi's absence. Bartley is less than 50% a replacement, so need ta target him.

If it's 22k I'll ne impressed, given our start. Hope you're right. Better atmosphere and more ££££s for the club.

Agree - I suppose if the club were fairly confident of a 4k (plus) away following (Sunderland, Blues, West Brom etc ) then from a bean counters point of view, you don't mind losing a certain amount of 'floating' home fans. It's a fine balancing act, and maybe as a non-season ticket holder ...

4,000 x average of £20 = £80,000 3,000 x average £25 = £75,000 Obviously an estimated average senior/junior etc, but in addition it's the lost revenue of another 1,000 people at the bars, food etc too. next season's pricing is going to be difficult for clubs, with most of the population...

Ticket sales look a bit below the PNE game for the home section - guessing the price may be deterring a few (results too ?!) Presume WBA will sell all theirs 9despite price), so still expect a crowd of just over 20k. Hopefully the extra cash will boost the clubs finances). Really could do with...

I've thought since PNE that our next points were going to come at Blues. Anything else will be a bonus in my head (even though it will be a really crap start).

More chance of a shorn dyke.

    Robins rumours

How about not starting a thread saying 'Robins Rumours' and asking what rumours are there, and hoping rumours (of which you don't know any) aren't true. You're either a wum, or naive or stupid. Edit: apologies if it's either of the last two, as that's not your fault, and my response is a bit...

    The 92 Club

Think that was the game where the trouble made the nationals and a load of City got nicked retrospectively. I knew one lad from Cov, who rarely went iirc, but got collared (not even a troublemaker in my dealings with him).

    The 92 Club

Impressive record keeping. Although I can remember all of the grounds I've visited, because I've been to some quite a lot (and over a few years) I can't recall all of the results. Wish I'd logged them all now (although I have tried to 'mark' as many of the older games in a City book (Jim...

For me the ST wouldn't be where I'd be looking to cut costs. Following the team away from home (on a regular basis) may become more of a stretch for some/ a lot though.
