    Statement from Hoffman tomorrow.

unless he tells us he has unequivocable backing for his bid, who he has been apparently having the detailed discussions with this end (not China) and a timetable to any take over ............. OR says he can not get it done.......... then there isn't much point in him saying anything

    Elliott and Hoffman

just a couple of riders to add to your last post Otis - If the the chinese guy is for real ...... he might not be able to go straight to buying the interest in ACL because there might presently be an exclusivity agreement for a period that means negotiations with SISU have to be concluded...

How are we still losing £0.5 million a month ?

well we could check the accounts BSB .................. oh wait no we cant! I agree with you they must have added other costs to our club for their statements to stack up

How are we still losing £0.5 million a month ?

say that income last year was 7m (net of VAT) ...... the implication recently from TF is that the club requires around 6m or 500k pm from its "investors" that would tend in basic simple terms to mean that costs are something like 13m. We are not talking financial accounts figures thats the...

    Telegraph Investigation into ARVO

questions - which of course our "friends at CT" will have thought of because they are certain they know what they are doing..... If the debt is from ARVO per TF what debt does he mean ? What is going in now or all of it from day 1? Were ARVO always the creditor because the audited accounts...

    Telegraph Investigation into ARVO

the charge is a continuing thing wingy, ARVO have a charge over all assets at any time (now or in the future) to the full amount of the debt at the time it is called in or settled

    Telegraph Investigation into ARVO

Whole thing for me is to get the info out there ........ just my sense of fairness says when someone profits financially that the source of info is recognised. There are plenty that have contributed and SBT should be recognised for the contribution. Just reinforces my opinion of journalism at CT...

    Telegraph Investigation into ARVO

pretty much the second SB ...... my guess is that in some way ARVO already were owed money at 19/03/12 which is how they got the charge...... so when that debt hits say £1.5m then any further money put in is unsecured. Given that SISU are saying they wont put money in unless they get an interest...

    Telegraph Investigation into ARVO

Clearly SISU have a detailed plan to what they are doing ......... Days before they withhold the rent for April they take out a charge in favour of ARVO an entity they have used before. The effect in part is to render taking recovery action pretty pointless because there are no assets...
