so we know the name of the guy who is interested (apparently) ....... what exactly would stop SISU going direct to him in that case and cutting out any middleman. It would suit both parties wouldnt it .... it isnt as if the chinese company has any difficulty operating in the english speaking...

well there was only ever a requirement for 500k to be on deposit so no great surprise........... details of this account were disclosed in the accounts filed by ccfc and acl .............. and we would then be back to where some thought we were ..... in default with no back up

thats because the rent is charged to CCFC Holdings who then recharge various expenses including rent to CCFC Ltd. The £900k is more to do with other direct costs although there are no details what. action on rent hasnt been taken yet because there is a rental deposit being drawn against...
