    city protest

would seem LOCOG brought their own equipment any way because CCFC's wasnt up to standard "their own stadium" ..... except it isnt is it The club is in breach of its contractual obligations (whether rent paid from Escrow account or not) ..... and from the deafening silence it would seem is not...

    New captain

Why does age matter ..... if the player has the right qualities then why not. Wales didnt have a problem appointing Ramsay when he was 20. Perhaps a little too soon for CT because he needs to focus on establishing himself in the team first, but like i said why not vice captain

    New captain

Havent we had enough of weak captains who lack the ability to drive a team on ? Clingan wasnt a leader even though he was a leading character in the team. The same could be said of McSheffery, it might massage his ego a bit, might make a few fans think a Cov kid has been rewarded but to be...

    Players to sell

I dont think we have too many players in each position.... by the time you take into account 7 subs on bench, the injuries that will occur and the suspensions that will happen, plus the young lads playing in the development squad I think you will find that it is a reasonable sized squad with...

    Callum Ball on loan?

Just a question .... AT says CB's loan was nothing to do with the Keogh deal and was done seperately Clough said ""Coventry asked for Callum and that was a major part of the deal for them. I think that might have been the thing that swung the deal for us" which is it ? (no i am not...

    Prozone and RR

always have been sceptical of RR ...... just never laid all the blame at his door :D SISU didnt do what they are attempting to do now .... control.... and RR, his board & SISU all share in the blame for the mess they created

    Prozone and RR

Something on a post by Brighton Sky Blue got me thinking about what it was Prozone brought to the SBS&L Group and what RR got out of being involved. SBS&L owned the Prozone Group up until 07/06/11 We have always assumed that Prozone Group made good profits. Well there are 4 companies in...

    Strategy

they didnt invest an extra £500k though did they ...... they didnt "invest" all the bigi fee in the academy ..... they were already spending the majority of it on the academy..... as TF said the fee was invested across the whole of football business. This wasnt an investment as such it was...

ANDY THORN - Another Bobby Gould ???

not saying AT did or didnt find them because i just do not know or that he was or wasnt involved .... but I think Waggott is doing at least some of the finding and makes a big contribution to the process.... Waggott has a good reputation for doing this and it is part of the reason he is here...

    Are SISU heading for forgiveness

dont get me wrong i like the positive steps forward in terms of organising the structures etc but lets be honest it isnt rocket science and should/could have been done a long time ago.

    Are SISU heading for forgiveness

over 4 years to get us here and it takes 2 weeks of clever transfer talk, a little spin on the financing of the academy, and good but unimportant friendly win for us to talk forgiveness ? we are still in massive debt (£30m+) largely because of how SISU have operated, in the 3rd division...

    Strategy

my understanding is that this a new categorisation for coming season CCFC benefits are that if you invest more you attract better players and compete in matches against similar level or better so keeping development standards up. the better the standard of academy the better long term prospects...
