Free Radio report a Statutory Demand issued to CCFC

yes but usually that revolves around proof of debt.......... ACL got judgement (proof of debt ) back in August..... there will be delays but it is going to be hard for SISU to delay it in court

    All Ricoh/ alternative ground comments.

there is an assumption being made that ACL havent offered the club a lower rent going forward or even a different basis of calculation ............ i think when the truth actually comes out that offers have been made by ACL that reduce the rent by over 50% and offers on the debt made...

Am I totally on my own

I can sort of see where Grendel is coming from because all the off field stuff makes me feel like that sometimes but....... I think the cup run is important to the team yet probably more important to most fans. Certainly I went more optimistic because the team is succeeding and has a...

Free Radio report a Statutory Demand issued to CCFC

In theory CCFC are charged by CCFCH for the rent, stewards, match day costs etc. Looks like the lease is with CCFCH from looking at the accounts. Could SISU let CCFCH go to the wall and move CCFC to direct ownership by say SBS&L. Still have to find somewhere to play though. Sounds easy and...

Free Radio report a Statutory Demand issued to CCFC

Think we get into the wierd and wonderful world of football creditors...... would need to pay up players contracts etc, and to have a chance of selling the club that is needs a going concern (or as best it can be in our case). The other staff though are certainly at risk if administrator...

Free Radio report a Statutory Demand issued to CCFC

21 days but the clock stops running if meaningful talks are entered into.......... if SISU could say prove to a court that ACL are being obstructive then the stat order may be could be set aside and more time bought before the next action - but i dont see that ACL have been obstructive quite the...

Free Radio report a Statutory Demand issued to CCFC

I would guess that ACL probably made an offer to CCFC/SISU to accept a lower rent so long as the club paid some of the arrears over a period of time. I would also guess this was rejected because their end game has nothing to do with the rent and everything to do with crippling ACL so that...

Free Radio report a Statutory Demand issued to CCFC

Thought it might be useful to post what the proceedure etc is so this link is helpful https://www.gov.uk/statutory-demands/overview It could have been worse, ACL could have gone straight to a winding up order - much like HMRC would or do. It is likely that ACL are working closely with their...

Which way will SISU go ?

well personally i think SISU should take a left turn out of the car park down to the roundabout turn right on to A444 up to junction 3 of M6 to M1 and head south to London ............. and not come back ;) just an opinion like :D Dont think there will be any new money to finance...

I keep hearing it too.......... would love to know how he arrives at that figure. The implication is CCFC would have £70m in their pocket and that imo is simply wrong to the point of delusion. Also you have to wonder why CWR keep repeating such an unsubstantiated claim :thinking about:
