people turning on the team today is an embarrassment

its one game, it is not a crisis. we wont win every game or even only draw the ones we don't win. we are still on a good run and playing decent football not so long ago we couldn't buy a win, couldn't score home or away ............ now we lose one every so often, have one game where we do...

    Message from Seppala

So you might expect costs in relation to the academy to go up but i bet they havent. Also it isnt a new academy they had a spend on it already. To get the grant they had to prove that they spent £500k on it not £500k more

    Message from Seppala

First off i welcome that JS has decided to communicate for a change. Doesnt change what is actually going on - but you can choose which you believe Think we all want the rent lower. A lower rent has been on offer for months. JS chooses to keep challenging it as is her right. I actually do...

    Boxing Day deadline

One thing i would add is that assuming SISU are not successful then they have done a lot more damage to the club and its future than people realise. The club will have lost the trust and sympathy of its landlord but also the council. It will not be seen as being a keystone to the plan that at...

    Boxing Day deadline

I think there are a number of factors Michael, these are some from more of an ACL perspective - first off the stakeholders didnt set out to be long term owners, the original plan was to get the club on board and/or developers that could take the whole site further. That creates a short term...

    Boxing Day deadline

Would need to put match day ticket prices up to something like £35+ on average (so that includes season tickets) though to make it work because of capacity issues........ how many fans would pay that to watch CCFC at Hinckley ?

    Boxing Day deadline

Strange isn't it we are repeatedly assured there is no alternative to CCFC ........ and yet people can easily think of potential alternatives. :thinking about: Of course the best solution is a partnership between CCFC, ACL and fans built on honesty trust and transparency working to everyone's...

    Boxing Day deadline

Might be able do bring in several different new tenants, so there is use of the pitch over 12 months not 9 for example. Or do a deal with a couple of parties so the stadium used twice a week. That way the rent income need from ACL can be spread around. All about options and looking at getting...

    Boxing Day deadline

CWR reported that ACL had said nothing would happen before 2nd January because courts etc are either closed or have little time available between Xmas and New Year Would make sense for ACL to make alternative plans and to invite serious interest from other potential short or long term tenants...

    Question for PWKH

what i was saying is that if ACL latest offer is accepted to settle the dispute then the old debt is spread over 10yrs. approx 113k per annum to repay. On the other side of that ACL are prepared to give the additional match day income to the club that ACL currently receive - if that is worth...

    Question for PWKH

ACL pay £1.7m pa why does the rent have to be linked to the mortgage at all. Logic of your questions seems to be that if there were no mortgage there should be no rent charged. right now CCFC contribute nothing to the ACL turnover ....... but 17% is the figure currently claimed and i have no...

    Question for PWKH

Or look at it from ACL's point of view If the £100k estimate of annual income is reasonable they have given up that amount not just for 10 years but for the period of the lease. Effectively by foregoing that income they write off the debt they are demanding and then some. They are...

    Question for PWKH

again Godiva i agree it is used as the stumbling block ..... twice in one day must be Xmas :D From CCFC point of view Its £400k in rent (a cost against profit) and £120k paying off old debt the effect of the deal even with the debt standing at full is a cost to cash flow of £520k down from...

    Question for PWKH

and yet given all the financial arguments in favour of staying, a deal that most fans support as reasonable, the potential appearing on the pitch, a growing optimism of the fans watching giving increased financial return, the possibility of maximising cup windfalls, the extra professional costs...

    Question for PWKH

The trouble is stupot07 is that even if they recognised the need they have a contractual agreement that would need to be broken and compensated - they can not just walk way and that situation remains today. I also think moving out is short sighted ................ if the team is successful...

    Question for PWKH

i agree with that Godiva. :) The quandry for ACL and its stakeholders (who are very much based in the community) is ............. if they have kick a poor non paying football club out then quite likely that's the end of the club and ACL etc will be seen by many as taking the blame for that...
