Breaking news: ACL call in debt and have access to CCFC

I think what it means is that say there is £100k in the bank account then that is frozen as of today and remains that way until the court gives final judgement............ but if money comes in tomorrow say £50k then that isnt covered by the order and is not frozen

ACL Sky Blues- a "back door" take over ?

wouldnt work because the League share is owned by CCFC and not transferrable .................... the charges are specific to particular income or funds held by 3rd parties, it doesnt imply that ACL control CCFC in any sense ...... they only control how those particular funds are applied.

Breaking news: ACL call in debt and have access to CCFC

got following choices really chiefdave - sell at hugely discounted rate and probably write off most or all of money owed to them - wind up and walk away - wind up take the assets there are and do a pheonix club. Thereby breaking any existing contracts for rent etc. Arrive at football debt...

Breaking news: ACL call in debt and have access to CCFC

it could yes ............... but that decision is up to SISU really as to whether they put extra funds in to cover it. Makes things awkward but not impossible ........ means that expected cashflow wont come to the club (it is ACL's to claim from the bank or debtor and the bank or debtor is...

Breaking news: ACL call in debt and have access to CCFC

Hate to add to the bad news but Two of those Third Party Debtor Orders could have further consequences - the one served on the bank could mean that the bank account is frozen by the bank. That means money can go in but bills wont get paid ....... bills like wages and HMRC - the one served...

CET: Full statement of rent collapse, 3 year run off period...

Think what actually happened Otis was that the directors from ACL that were there had the power and authority to agree a deal where as the 3 directors from CCFC were assumed to have the authority and it turned out only the "owner", who was not there, could agree any deal. So you are probably...

    Ricoh rent deal has collapsed

I would guess some sort of charge over income sources much like an attachment to earnings, how else do they get hold of money from CCFC ? cant seize assets because they are all charged................... but restricting trading could mean locking the doors. I dont think we will have to wait...

    Robins agony

So basically it was the owners they couldnt assure him of meeting his demands (where have we heard that before?) and Councils fault because they dont support the club by letting them use the stadium for nothing (not that it is just a council decision of course) that he jumped ship for more...

    New £30m stadium in pipeline

SBT when looking at next year FFP you have to build in a couple of things extra into the equation assuming we are still in L1 - the %age of turnover is lower - turnover is likley to be lower - unlikely to have large value sales in the summer ala Keogh and Bigirimana - we have a number of...

    Ricoh rent deal has collapsed

From what i understand the meetings to discuss this were arranged well in advance of Robbins going and took place before MR decided to go. So this statement etc would have happened had he stayed. No significance in it being today at all ............ other than it being Thursday
