Could ACL be playing in to SISU's hands

If SISU are acting properly for their clients they will already have written the value of the investment down to £nil though ............. so the investors have in effect already taken the hit.............. FSA rules would require annual reports on value etc

Could ACL be playing in to SISU's hands

You have to assume that SISU have some sort of a plan. Certainly going into administration is an insolvency event and therefore could trigger actions relating to the investors. I am just guessing but I dont see ACL accepting CCFC playing at the Ricoh if SISU remain owners though so any...

    ACL Finace Director quits?

think you will find it is part of the restructuring of the wages costs at ACL. A lot of functions are being transferred to the joint venture company IEC, which will remove any duplications of roles in the process. I guess his role is no longer required in ACL

my own opinion on administration is that it is never good for any company but it is better than liquidation. It doesnt however mean that liquidation is not the conclusion to administration. So do I rejoice in the fact that the club is now under threat of administration - No. However i do feel...

just a question or two But what is more important right now buying the ground or buying the income streams ? (assume a new rent of no more than £400k) is buying the ground only necessary if you have plans either to (a) sell on at a profit (b) develop the site further so need control or (c)...

    Was Thorn a legitimate contender?

Got to be honest even with his "glory period" I was never convinced. I think people see those 10 games through sky blue tinted glasses because we stayed up. Several of those games we got very lucky ( 2 nil against Watford for example), but i guess luck is all part of the game. I do remember...

Will Gary Hoffman Be Our Saviour?

I am sure GH will have contacts he can put forward, or not............ think it is best he keeps quiet and does whatever he can. Even if he does put someone forward doesnt mean he will be successful............ there may be other preferred or better placed bidders (or not) All we can do is...

Problem as i see it that SISU have is that they can put a deal to the administrator but they still need somewhere to play ............. chances of a SISU backed deal being agreed with ACL to be put to the administrator for approval and recommendation anyone ? Unlikely the League will sanction a...

Hopefully an end to this endless debate once and for all

What does amaze me is that so many people think should this admin move succeed or not that things will remain the same, that structures will remain unchanged, that new different agreements wont happen or are not possible. Look at it in different ways not the old way. Assume that ACL might want...

Has always been the case that the council want to see joint investors that can drive the development of the area. It doesnt mean that those investors do the development, more that they facilitate and invest in the process - like it or nor that requires substantial funding but it gives rewards at...

Just a thought or two but ............ The action by ACL is against CCFC Ltd who owes the money to CCFCH (per the last accounts), who in turn owe the money to SBS&L who in turn owe the money to SISU & ARVO. As far as I am aware no action has been taken against any other company other than CCFC...
