    Fisher is threatened by fans

Wont condone violence or threatening behaviour in any way. Certainly will not condone bringing wife, kids and family in to it either. But questions - I assume no one was actually charged, cautioned etc ? - it would have been reported surely Doesnt TF's wife & kids live in Kent somewhere isnt...

Gary Hoffman’s long-distance attempt to meet Coventry City’s chief Tim Fisher

Here are the problems I have with all this JR stuff The loan wasnt from central government it was from the Public Works Loan Board at a favourable rate of interest - nothing I have seen from that body says they can not make the loan Certainly the PWLB doesnt seem to be acting outside its powers...

Gary Hoffman’s long-distance attempt to meet Coventry City’s chief Tim Fisher

Actually no they own shares in North Coventry Holdings Limited who own shares in ACL. The money has been lent bearing an interest charge to ACL not NCH ltd. ACL being a seperate legal entity over which, based on the issued share capital, CCC has no overall control. Going to be some...

Gary Hoffman’s long-distance attempt to meet Coventry City’s chief Tim Fisher

Sorry but in business, especially if you are financial experts, then bad luck or blaming it on the players performance really does not wash too well. They still made the decisions to spend on wages more than turnover to acquire the player for example. They havent detailed the mistakes they made...

Gary Hoffman’s long-distance attempt to meet Coventry City’s chief Tim Fisher

You know what I have always advocated the club should live within its means - in that context what the club have sought to do over the last year or so is what I would expect in terms of matching cost to income that is. I whole heartedly agree with that part of the strategy. But what about the...

Gary Hoffman’s long-distance attempt to meet Coventry City’s chief Tim Fisher

I think it is about the ownership but I wouldnt hold your breath that they would ever sell to a SISU backed CCFC. Just because TF says it is a failing business does not mean it is. Thats not saying the site is fulfilling its potential though - even ACL directors would say it can do better. The...

    If ACL forced the liquidation..

do they have to reject it out of hand or would they say "we dont have enough info on the CVA" and get it adjourned or not approved subject to getting the info ?

    CCFC Squad 2013/2014 Season

The squad is threadbare and the League will/should not give CCFc the same options to increase the squad as Pompey got last season. This time last season Pompey had something like 5 players signed on which was why they were allowed to add to the squad to complete the fixtures...... not the same...

Sisu have sacked the ball boys

I think this was a move always likely to happen as will be using NTFC ground staff, would expect that to be announced, especially as most stewards etc have rejected a move - the club will terminate their employment. Might even find NTFC insist on their own stewards to meet health & safety...

    Question for PWKH

Think you will find the set up has changed since then SB. The stadium day to day operation is run by IEC which is jointly owned by ACL and Compass. Compass will provide staff etc to that company i believe. Not sure it is on the same basis as what was agreed in 2009 (the date of the article) But...

SECRETARY ADAM BRADLEY resigns from SKY BLUE SPORTS and LEISURE LIMITED

I believe Mr Bradley might be a bit more than company secretary. A while back (mid 2012 i think) it was announced that CCFC were consulting insolvency practitioners (well before Appleton). I am guessing Mr Bradley might have been providing that advice. So is he the architect of what is going on...

    Fisher rejects Hoffman offer

Appoint a mediator perhaps but I do not think I would be happy to see Mr Appleton do it Needs to be independent of the whole process so far. On face value some of the events that have happened would not make me feel comfortable with him in charge of the process. Just an opinion nothing more

SISU Not happy with the MP's

Administrator has power to demand the information under the Insolvency Act and if not received to go to court to get it. It would be very hard for the auditors to with hold information from an administrator. Advice from ICAEW to the auditors would be to provide the information.

Sky Blues in the Community Charity

With all that is going on I do hope that the SBIC is secure in the Coventry Community. They do a lot of good work in our area and are funded completely seperately from the club The over riding aim is" to use Coventry City Football Club for the benefit of people within Coventry and...
