    court papers explained

And we only have the SISU side of things reported to make our minds up about what actually happened in these meetings. On a serious note given the YB sponsor a lounge, are a tenant etc at the Ricoh would ACL really risk annoying them?

Not sure much is logical in the world of SISU.

    court papers explained

As I alluded to earlier maybe this is the meeting where SISU believed that a deal had been done only to discover that ACL were only shaking hands to say goodbye. It'll be interesting to see if they have any evidence to back up their submission to the court or not.

    court papers explained

I thought all ACL had to do was say: No there were still major points needing to be clarified. Any handshakes – and not everybody shook hands - were purely as a “goodbye” gesture and not as a sign of “deal agreement”

SISU court papers analysis tomorrows Cov Telegraph

Illegal would to my mind mean criminal acts have been committed, which would be a bit worrying as the entire council voted on it. Can you soil a reputation that is already very dirty?

SISU court papers analysis tomorrows Cov Telegraph

Never said that they were as pure as the driven snow just that I'd trust them more than SISU. Oh and on the subject of playing players where were the player registrations last season and where supposedly was the Golden Share?

And how is taking the council to court going to help CCFC?

SISU court papers analysis tomorrows Cov Telegraph

Anything but SISU getting the council share of the ACL or any part of the Ricoh. Never thought I'd say this but I think I trust dear old Geoffrey Robinson and the old board about a trillion times more than I do SISU.

    New Ricoh deal

So are you saying that SISU were only looking to be able to buy the club once they had distressed ACL, and they now can't buy because the council taking on the mortgage has made their distressing ineffective and kept the potential purchase price the same?

    New Ricoh deal

Thank you, that's one I don't own, yet!

    New Ricoh deal

    Up Pompei?

    Rip acl

Yeah you've got to be pretty heartless to want a charity to lose millions of pounds, let alone the effect on the council and tax payers

Are you channelling Frankie by any chance?:D

The only reason I can see for challenging the loan made to ACL is to distress ACL financially and they've already had a go at that by not paying the rent. So why do they want to distress ACL? And the only reason I can think of for doing that is to bankrupt ACL.

I've supported this club for 36 years but I'm buggered if I'm going to St Andrews or Villa to watch a home match. We have a perfectly good stadium Coventry and I'd rather go there thanks. No idea what ACL make out of concerts all I was thinking was that it was an income stream that doesn't...

    Rip acl

If SISU were totally whiter than white in all this why are they challenging the loan made to ACL? What other motive can therefore be other than to put ACL into a difficult financial position? Oh and when I saw the RHCP at the Ricoh I met loads of people who lived outside the west midlands who...

    latest statement from Mr Appleton

Okay I read all that and I think I understand it, but it still leaves me with the question where is the grant? If the Academy is in Ltd so should the grant be, SISU can't have moved that out of Ltd and if they have is that legal? I get the idea that they're paying for everything out of Holdings...

    latest statement from Mr Appleton

What I want is to know where the grant went, where the golden share is (and thus the Academy) and for holdings or whoever has the golden share to sort out a new contract for the Academy to use the Higgs Centre
