Golden Share Could Be In Holdings After All

Who said SISU had ripped us off? I said: So it wasn't me.

Golden Share Could Be In Holdings After All

Now I am in no way suggesting that our Club has been ripped off by paying these quite high management fees, I'd just like to know what they are for and as you say whether we got value for money. :pimp:

    Positive Boycott

    Yeah I'd watch CCFC Ladies!

ACL: "We are absolutely flabbergasted by Tim Fisher's statement today"

As I said it may not be vital as they can possibly spread out repairs over a longer time frame and the same with any expansion etc. In contrast the rent from my flat is vital as I can't pay off the bank each month if there is no money coming in from it.

You'd have thought that if they thought there was any chance of the appeal being sucessful then they would have continued with it. I mean they want what's best for the club don't they?

Have you looked in the mirror? :D

ACL: "We are absolutely flabbergasted by Tim Fisher's statement today"

It may not be vital as they can possibly put off expansion projects and non urgent repairs, but it would obviously be better to make repairs & expand and have the money to do so.

ACL: "We are absolutely flabbergasted by Tim Fisher's statement today"

So then there is this quote from an ACL statement made on 23/03/13 Source http://www.coventrycity-mad.co.uk/news/tmnw/acl_issue_statement_788790/index.shtml Which seems to me to say we can stay, maybe TF missed that one.

ACL: "We are absolutely flabbergasted by Tim Fisher's statement today"

It should be pointed out that you've only selected part of that ACL quote from yesterday. The ACL quote is refering to where our club play next season and only that. It isn't talking about the rent negotiations which have ended unsuccessfully - as the Trust quote from a while points out. So...

    confirmned by the club

Not going to support a new owner making unreasonable rent demands if it means that ACL ends up in administration because they're getting less in than the payments going out, you can't run a business like that it will go bust. However I would hope that an agreement could be reached where the rent...

Reform A new CCFC in Coventry or follow CCFC out of Coventry

I'd either support the new team or campaign to get the Ladies team to play at the Ricoh and watch them instead .

    If we did .....

I can remember going to Wimbledon and the Cov away fans out numbering* the home fans, what a sorry state of affairs that was. *certainly looked like we did we were definitely louder than them.

    If we did .....

No I went to Old Trafford to watch us play in the cup because I was offered a lift back and didn't have work the next day, oh and it was an away match not a home match. I'm not travelling further to a home match than Coventry no matter who the opposition are.

ACL: "We are absolutely flabbergasted by Tim Fisher's statement today"

My Chelsea supporting mate just sent me a message asking If the bloke quoted on the newspaper website (which I've checked and he means TF and the CET) is aware of what the process of administration involves given he put the club into it.:thinking about:

I think it would be Basket case not charity case with us.

ACL: "We are absolutely flabbergasted by Tim Fisher's statement today"

I think and I may well be wrong about this that the charity had to be seen to be getting a reasonable return on the investment to satisfy the charity commission.

    Mediation/arbitration

Didn't someone and it may have been Stuart Linnel on CWR ask Fisher (after he suggested the idea of mediation) if he would agree to be bound by the result of the process and he said no?

It made me laugh out loud, I thought I would try that line at the bank when discussing loans.

And as the club is being looked after by the Administrator that would make sense.
