    5% chance of L1 & 2 completing

Frankly the Mail in Sunday know about as much as the “I’ve heard from a reliable source...” brigade on here!

    Online Jigsaw Puzzles

I never knew it was a "thing" until your post, so thanks! Didn't realise you could hit pause, so i went for my tea and took over an hour to do Houch's Header! Strangely i wasn't too bothered about taking my time over the one with the girls in bikinis it suggested i complete next! Will go back...

    Greatest Escape

I see the BBC have seen fit not to include us (as probably the most famous of all Houdini clubs) in their list of greatest PL escapes. So what do YOU rate as our most spectacular ever (don't necessarily limit it to the PL years)? Premier League: Who produced the greatest relegation escape?

Most irritating things during the pandemic

"In line with the scheme rules, a member of staff on furlough leave is not permitted to undertake any work for [employer redacted] during the period of leave. However, it is possible for training to be undertaken and may be a good opportunity for on-going personal development. Please discuss...

Most irritating things during the pandemic

How do you mean "supposed to be furloughed", Chief? If you are furloughed, your employer is not entitled to ask you to do any work. At all. Sounds like they're trying to claim the government furlough money while still getting you to work for them. Tell them to stick it, or employ you!

I was going to add that caveat, but i thought i'd get accused of posting "too much information"! How many likes did i miss out on, i wonder?!

Most irritating things during the pandemic

The media, asking incessant questions at government briefings and in the press about why they won't tell us when lockdown will be over. Yes, i know it's a pain for many (though i prefer working at home to going to the office), but if the herd immunity thing isn't going to work, this is what it...

What's everyone watching while on 'lockdown'?

We started watching "Normal People" last night on iPlayer. It's like an Irish "Gregory's Girl" in some ways, but alright so far. Anyone seen it? The lead female is attractive in an unusual way (not harmed by her predilection for taking her clothes off) but the lad's mum, who only has a fleeting...

Can you imagine the hashtag #SaveFerris going viral if it was set today? Great movie!

What's everyone watching while on 'lockdown'?

It is, yeah - Anton Walbrook and Moira Shearer (in her first screen role, i believe). Indy described it as "the most stunning combination of music, dance and cinema in history". Was it fuck!

Video Why & what made you a Coventry Supporter

I grew up in Brizzle, and my elder sister's boyfriend (later husband) used to take me to Rovers games (went to every one in their 1973-74 promotion season from Div 3). Fell away a bit in the later 70s (as he stopped going, being married with young kids, i guess). Then i came to Cov in 1982 to...

What's everyone watching while on 'lockdown'?

Watched "The Red Shoes" (remastered 1948 version is on Youtube) last weekend, as it was on the Independent's list of the 20 best british films of all time. Pile o' shit - NOT recommended! But I should have known, as their chart also includes "Withnail and I", which i think is the biggest load...

    Things that annoy you

Liverpool two wins from title: Times teams were denied by unexpected events Yeah those Scouse bastards prevented us from having our crack at the Cup Winners' Cup in 1987/8. You know, if this season is cancelled, Liverpool missing out will for me be the silver lining of our dark cloud!

When All This Is Over ?

Exactly this - but people believe that it will stop them getting it. I'm not entirely convinced that the PHE guidance to primary care staff is necessarily 100% accurate, and not even medics and nurses understand the differences between different mask types. In order to be protected against...
