Turner on a pay as you play contract till the end of the season, with an option to sign full time next year if he proves his fitness and form sounds sensible to me. He’s a similar style of player to Davies, but a higher league version.

Edwards (or another winger). I appreciate we’ve signed Wakefield but that’s stil only two genuine wingers in the team. Whatever your view of their ability, we currently have four first team strikers, plus Ponti, plus any youngsters (e.g. Bremang).

Pretty good window overall, and it’ll be even better we sign one more before the morning. We also shouldn’t forget, despite the rumours, we haven’t lost anyone pivotal to the team such as Willis or Bayliss, or any first team regulars like Burge.

Any updates on this one? Is Wakefield instead or as well as Edwards? It’s exciting if it’s the latter.
