Actually from reading that I don't think ACL were always going to get their full amount if they rejected the CVA. The reason they did (or will - have they had it yet) was because the FL were saying if you want the Golden Share back Otium/SISU/CCFC then you need to pony up the dough.

Yeah I think someone said that they have to vote for it being a charity but because they're only shareholders in ACL same compulsion didn't apply in that case.
