    Sign of a doomed side

We weren't exactly Barcelona against Peterboro either.

    Don't Panic

Luck gets mentioned a lot, but for me we will finish where we deserve to finish. Think we should all pretend that we drew 2-2 with hull last week & beat Peterborough today 2-0, that then looks like two good results.

    Points this weekend

Crucial two games. I know its been said for a lot of games lately but these two really could define our season. I'm thinking: 0-1 points, were back in trouble 3 points, as it is now 4 points, good progress, would still need a few more wins 6 points, were staying up!

    A pessimistic side of things...

Knowing the way it normally works out for us, I can see us been 5 points adrift by Monday night, everyone will think were down, then somehow we will still stay up!

THORN: Bumper crowd will be 'major boost'

Forest have done something clever for their televised match on Saturday, tickets for £10 only in the stand that faces the tv cameras. We on the other hand point the cameras at the most empty stand!

    Bradford City 1985

It was the old Main Stand. Probably a blessing really as it led to the old wooden structure being replaced by the safer concrete one.

    Our main rival is Bristol

Its usually the way, the few away games where we could bring thousands is always at a ground with a small away end!

Might sound a bit far fetched but Barnsley's run in, is not a walk in the park.

For us to get past 46 would mean beating at least one of Bristol or Millwall, which would make it difficult for them to get past it, and same for us if we lose them.

    It's reached that point....

If we don't stay up now its going to make relegation very hard to take. I had prepared myself for it a few weeks ago, now being a fickle football supporter I'm not even thinking about it so lets hope they don't make any stupid mistakes against Posh or Bristol!

In fairness Highfield Rd in 2005 would not have been capable of burning down like that. I take your point though in that I imagine the Ricoh is probably a far safer place to watch football.

    Do we cheat???

We are normally very obliging when we play teams on a bad run!

    Last 10 games

You'll have to forgive me for not having my 23 volumes of former CCFC players to hand hence making myself look foolish. Im pretty sure over the last 125 years we've had players sold for football reasons.

    Last 10 games

Well the plan for the boycott of the FA cup game began at the start of December, which also happened to be the first month we won two games! Please give me an example of just one game where the protests led to us losing?
