Tim Fisher - on CWR NOW.

I'm afraid I didn't hear all he said. I started to listen, but I was in danger of smashing the radio and B&O kit is quite expensive.....

    Are CCFC now debt free?

"Again", suggests that we've been here before. We've never been here before.

Why only 800 tickets sold at Crawley?

My daughter moves to London tomorrow, so I'm taking her and all her stuff down. Normally I 'd have several people texting me with updates in case I couldn't get updates on the radio. Not so fussed tomorrow. I'd still like us to win, but if we don't it won't ruin my weekend - not the way...

    Wake up supporters! (The sequel)

Did it hurt when they took your brain out?

    Trust Statement

Anyone would - but there is no rationale for "any jam" today. I wonder if in years to come TF will look back on his "SISU won't sell because the business is at the bottom of its business cycle" comment, with just a touch of embarrassment.

    its liquidation

Sanctioning the groundshare was certainly helpful to SISU, but was in no way helpful to the club.

    its liquidation

The ironic thing is that if the FL had had the guts to follow their own rules and tell SISU to play in Coventry (i.e. at the Ricoh), then in all probability the CVA would have been signed and there would be no further points deduction to discuss!

Thanks for the kind words. Let's be (unduly) optimistic and hope for good news tomorrow!

Sounds a bit like our club then :( Posted with genuine sadness - I've pretty much kept off the site the last few days, cos I like to try to stay polite and I've been a little too angry the last couple of days.....

And there are still 1 or 2 SISU lovers out there - incredible.

And reduce the rent to £2.87 per annum And give SISU a 24 hour break clause And all the pie revenues.........

They've run us up against a cliff edge of and they've moved to tip us over

So you don't think that a 75% reduction in term and a (almost) 90% reduction in rent is already a "good compromise"? Are you really being serious?

They've run us up against a cliff edge of and they've moved to tip us over

So you say that Hoffman's offer was "nonsense", Please explain how SISU would have been worse off by taking that deal rather than going to their beloved Northampton.

They've run us up against a cliff edge of and they've moved to tip us over

The rent was £1.2m on a 40 (?) year lease. They've been offered £150k on a 10 year deal ( with higher or lower rates for promotion or relegation) and you still think there are "show stoppers"????? Do me a favour......

Delays in enabling Coventry City to exit administration putting off Chinese investor

Gotta (not "gotten") be honest, I think I'd be more put off by the fact we've been relegated to the third division.....

ACL Submit high court papers on the cobblers

I imagine that this will all go back to the transfer of assets out of CCFC Ltd and the accounts being "a bit of a mess". If so, I'd expect the argument to be that Ltd and Holdings have to be treated as a single entity (and Otium too, if the GS and players end up there) and so the lease still...

    Breaking news about Rent Deal

I can see your point. So why didn't ACL make this offer all those months ago? My guess is that it was because firstly they thought that the offer they'd made was already good enough and perhaps secondly because they'd concluded that SISU had no real intention of reaching an agreement. So...
