You'd have thought the club would have mentioned the lack of rates rebate by now if they hadn't been paid.

Thing is the Higgs don't have to sell and can ask what they like for the share. The council if they felt that the Higgs were over valuing their half of ACL could have sold the (identical) council half to Sisu instead. They can't force the Higgs to sell their share and neither can Sisu.

I want our club back in Coventry, it doesn't have to be the Ricoh, and with Sisu in charge it probably won't be - hence the need for the new stadium.
