I would guess that they don't want to give the people who have started a Judicial Review against them anything that could be used as ammunition. It may all be above board, ship shape and all that (we won't know until the judgement) but even so why give them (sisu) what they want if you don't...

Just so long as the costs of all these court appearances aren't added to the debt of Otium or SBS&L or cost the club anything then I don't mind how often they go to court.
