Joy buys her clothes at fire sales? :D

Labovitch calls for independent ACL valuation

Yeah I agree with that - thing is I think my lottery numbers have more chance than Sisu swallowing their pride. It's also just my opinion and I could be wrong.

Labovitch calls for independent ACL valuation

Important to remember that the Sisu counterclaim was thrown out in its entirity by the judge.

So basically if the council are found to have acted properly in the JR then that's likely to be the bloke tapping the last of the 6ft of dirt on top of the coffin (the last nail of which I think went in sometime ago) that contains the chance of us playing at the Ricoh under Sisu?)

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

So long as it isn't added to the club debt (Otium E.G. and/or SBS&L) then who cares what they spend money on.

Think it may have been or an in house version, I've definitely used GE somewhere though.

Yes I suppose it is nit picking but then that's what court cases can hinge on.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

I agree a bit odd. One place I worked at briefly had moved over to an online system for expenses and it was causing a few headaches. One girl had spent £200+ on a train ticket and hotel room/meals after a day visit to another office up North had resulted in an overnight stay. She got back to...

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

I hope not, especially if you look at what happened to Tim after the Brentford game.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

I had Monday and Tuesday off this week and really wish it had been today instead. Suspect I wouldn't make it to the courts in time after work either (unless they go on into the evening) - sorry.

To be fair that probably wasn't just him and may well include many of our fellow supporters.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

Did anyone else read that and immediately think of Donald Rumsfeld and his infamous speech "...there are known knowns; there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know." Source...

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

I can see this as: The council not wanting to hand over potential ammunition to Sisu but everything the council did above board and them not worried about the outcome of the JR. Or The documents show something the council don't want revealed before the JR but are convinced about the...

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

I would guess that they don't want to give the people who have started a Judicial Review against them anything that could be used as ammunition. It may all be above board, ship shape and all that (we won't know until the judgement) but even so why give them (sisu) what they want if you don't...

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

Just so long as the costs of all these court appearances aren't added to the debt of Otium or SBS&L or cost the club anything then I don't mind how often they go to court.

Council and Sky Blues in court tomorrow

I've been keen on an independent enquiry into this for ages and would be very happy if one was arranged.

Ah okay that makes sense I guess.

Thank you, I was having trouble working that out. 4 wheel drive I can understand does what it says on the tin - why do they need a new name for it how many cars have more than 4 wheels?
