Yes as I said earlier as our club wasn't renting the bowl pitch etc. full time ACL are quite rightly responsible for it when we weren't. That makes them liable for the rates for the rest of the time - simple really.

I can understand why ACL aren't keen for it to be backdated to 2005, and our club are, most people are the same with taxes. Is there a 'statute of limitations' like income tax on how far back these things can be looked at retroactively? ACL I would guess owe the council for the shortfall because...

Good, now we just need Sisu/OEG/SBS&L to hand over the cash to ACL and there's no risk to our Golden Share. That is unless Sisu manage to do a deal with the league to avoid it.
