    Appeal Decision?

So where are the plans and planning permission and potential sites for the new stadium? How long ago were we promised we'd see movement on that? As I don't think we'll be back at the Ricoh anytime soon we need to get on with building it now. As the Sisu barrister admitted in court the high...

    Appeal Decision?

That's what I want to know, we've already got a debt pile that is possibly insurmountable and as someone once told me "There's no such thing as a cheap barrister".

    Appeal Decision?

That's what is bothering me, who is paying for these court cases (and the other sides costs in this case)? If it's Sisu pissing their investors cash up the wall then that's one thing but if our Club debt mountain is now being supplemented by barristers fees etc then that's wrong to me.

    CCLSC conversation with TF

Aren't they all either owners or part owners of their respective stadium management companies, something that we aren't anymore? Given we have had the chance to buy back our share (which the previous board couldn't afford financially) and neither Sisu (or the Higgs) for the reasons mentioned in...

    CCLSC conversation with TF

As I said before Sisu have every right to ask for an appeal and to appeal a decision that they can't appeal. But there has to be an element of "Pack it in Frank you silly bastard!" (c)Hot Fuzz Given the language used by Mr Justice Hickinbottom in his judgement. Pack it in and get on with...

Whilst I can't deny all that is entirely possible the fact remains that you are innocent until proven guilty.

You've got an extra "o" at the end of that sentence. :D Just to remind everyone that she has been charged, but not tried and therefore not found guilty at this time.

    New statement

What I'm worried about is who on the Sisu side (i.e. which company) is picking up the tab for the lawyers for all these court appearances. If it's our club and the money is being added to the debt mountain then we're just making that mountain higher and we don't look like we'll clear that at the...

    New statement

Correct it's IEC that own the Pie Money not ACL. Yep just as Sisu have no automatic right to the Pie Money. Financially as OSB58 has pointed out the sales of players, cup games etc. have covered the costs of being at Sixfields. So no home fans would only make a difference symbolically and Sisu...

Is anyone else seeing adverts for Fisher Investments UK at the top/bottom of the page? It's called "4 ways to avoid running out of money during retirement" having clicked on the link it's not something to do with Tim but made me jump when I saw it. :D

    New statement

Sisu have the right to seek an appeal and to appeal the decision not to allow an appeal if it is so ordered. There should be a level legal playing field (pun not intended) for everyone and we shouldn't be looking to change that. There is however an element of "Pack it in Frank you silly...

    New statement

My worry is that there are doubtless going to be preconditions to talks on both sides, that's not unreasonable it's just what happens. What worries me is if the preconditions to any talks are what the other side wanted to negotiate in the talks/use as a bargaining chip. ACL have already said...

I'm 99% sure that someone on here met her with others at Ryton at least a year ago and posted to say that they had done so afterwards. Can't remember who it was though, will try a search when I get to work.

    Nuneaton match thread

Sounds more exciting than my day at work where we weren't amazingly busy in terms of customers so the manager suggested (i.e. told us) we should have a tidy of the stock room. :( Weather down here didn't get as bad/spectacular as it did up there.
