Will Sisu Now Decide to press for Admin - as the season is now almost done?

The main thing that got us into trouble in the late '90's was borrowing against future income. That was very short sighted and dangerous.

    Administration or Liquidation

They seemed to have overuled taxation laws on plenty of occasions. Football creditors being placed ahead of HMRC is in contradiction of the law I believe.

    Administration or Liquidation

What happened with Cov Rugby that time? I remember the owner announced the club would be liquidated, then a court ruled that was illegal. Can anyone remember why it was deemed illegal?

    Administration or Liquidation

The fact that Portsmouth are still in with a chance of survival shows how resilient football clubs are to liquidation. Portsmouth's problems far outweigh ours, yet they are still in with a chance of survival.

Leicester lost £30 million last year alone...........

Im not 100% sure but I think in the championship ffp dictates that a club can't make a loss of more than £6m.

Will Sisu Now Decide to press for Admin - as the season is now almost done?

Really don't understand this attitude that because Sisu have invested a lot of money they are free from criticism. Every year the Government spends millions on the NHS, does that mean we are not allowed to criticise South Staffordshire NHS?

Middle East consortium reveals plans for £1.5bn takeover of Arsenal

Looking at it that way its difficult to see how Leicester got its investors.

    AFC Coventry

My understanding is that you can go in at the next available spot.

Genuinely does anyone think the play offs are still on

Don't worry, he will be league 1 top scorer next year.

Sisu -do the decent thing and go!!

Incorrect, they voted against the Club selling its shares of ACL to the Higgs Trust. They wanted to postpone the Ricoh project until the club got its finances in order.

    AFC Coventry

It would be nice to get more up there, however over the past 40 years I think the team have let the fans down too many times. The next move has to be from the team, they need to give a reason for the fans to go back, and this time not let them down.

    Players Paid from "Emergency Funds"

I dont know if it was emergency funds, but a member of club staff told me they were paid early. Presumably just before the accounts were frozen.

If the away/home form was reversed

Presumably as we're paying no rent?

We can still make the playoffs

Well I was thinking more of the first 6 games Won 4 Drew 2

    AFC Coventry

Tommy Hutchison said yesterday its time the players started supporting the fans by giving them a reason to go to games.

    AFC Coventry

And the club would still be losing about £2m a year

I would so hate to live in your world.

    AFC Coventry

I couldn't support a team that the current owners take out of the City due to their own mismanagement of the Club. I could support a Newco based out of the City with long term aims to move back to its homeland.

We can still make the playoffs

The only way we will make the play offs now is the new manager effect (assuming we get a manager). Remember the run Dowie took us on when he took over? However in the last few games I've seen nothing to suggest we are capable of that.

Sisu -do the decent thing and go!!

ACL have proven themselves to be pretty astute business people. Therefore you have to ask why these astute business people are so reluctant to do business with Sisu. They clearly do not see them as the right people to take our club forward.
