I'd say we need another CB to perhaps replace or at least challange McFadz for a starting spot. Great player at L1 level and overall a great leader but whether he'll have the legs for the Championship I'm not too sure. Flanagan certainly isn't the answer though as I'd suggest L1 is about his level.

Flanagan's confidence especially looked shot to bits on STID. Maybe not the best footballer out there but I think his lack of form whilst at Sunderland has more to do with confidence issues than him actually being a poor player.
