What Sisu's plan to stop them? In the unlikely event we come out of admin

League ruling means ACL have won this round. Please read the ruling

The league have clearly stated we can't move anywhere unless CCFC exit admin. odium have bought some assets off the administrator but not the company. As the Golden share can't be transferred the league are of the view we are still in admin. As the biggest unconnected creditor AcL will not...

What happened when Rangers administrator tried to sell the Golden Share?

The club was liquidated! Why? Because the administrator was told by the league that the golden share is non transferable! The administrator may claim to have sold it but the reason the league say we must exit admin to move to Northampton is because they know the share can't be sold on. Otherwise...

Your all missing the bleeding obvious!

The league have effectively said the Golden share is not transferable and that Ccfc must effectively be bought. So the administrator will need to sell CCFC ltd. ACL will no doubt block the sale. So either SiSU will need to allow the administrator to sell it to someone else by putting...

Why would ACL let CCFC come out of admin?

The league have said quite clearly we can play in Northampton if we come out of Admin. How's that going to work? ACL will stop us coming out of Admin and then press for a sale to Haskell. job done!

Who now own's the Golden share - This is crucial!!!

If the Golden Share is still owned by Ltd (i.e it's in Admin) then here is our problem as I see it. Scenario 1 Administrator goes to sell the golden share to Otium. ACL block the CVA. This leads to scenario 2. Scenario 2 Administrator goes to sell the golden share to a new consortium (not...

Can the administrator sell the assets of Ltd without the CVA?

Can the administrator sell the assets of Ltd without the CVA?

    Can we exit administration?

ACL won't let us and if Appleton chooses another buyer then I'm guessing Sisu won't let us. In which case we are totally screwed....

Tim fishers maths may cost us over 9 000 000 in lost revenue

Assuming we only get 3000 at six fields per game this is roughly the amount I calculate we would lose over 3 years from lower ticket sales. It's madness!

How about an M6 go slow on Saturday?

How about we all meet up at a service station on the M6 and then slow the traffic down to about 20 mph. It will get loads of media attention and perhaps push the Government into taking action against the league if they don't sort this!

Worst case scenario - how long could it take to build a new stadium IN Coventry?

Assuming the council try every trick in the book to delay a stadium move. How long could the council delay the build by?

    Administrators statement contradicts itself....

See: http://www.ccfc.co.uk//news/article/statement-from-adminstrator-883276.aspx At the top he says the assets have been transferred. At the bottom he says: "The Football League have been kept closely informed of developments and I am continuing to work closely with them so that the process...

    Whats the plan ACL?

We know what Sisu are planning to do. But what about ACL? Are they going to stand by and do nothing? Or give us a team to support at the Ricoh? I won't ever watch a Sisu owned CCFC again. So now I call upon ACL to act and either start a new team based at the Ricoh or buy another club and...

Deadline for finding a new ground?

We play our first game on August 3 rd away and our first home game on the 10th realistically we need to start selling season tickets by about the 3rd week in July. Strikes me that te administrator is gambling a lot on Sisu finding a ground in an area where few seem to be coming up..... How...

I would back a new CCFC playing at the Ricoh....

If ACL want to start a club at the Ricoh ideally in which the fans own a share then I'd be up for it. Anything to stop filling SISU's pockets. Anyone else do the same?
  19. O

    ACLs options.....

As I see it there are 3 options for ACL: 1 Sell the Ricoh cheap to SISU- wont happen in my opinion as tax payer money is at stake 2 negotiate a cheaper lease - doubt that very much 3 Buy a nearby football club/ start a new one and effectively whittle away CCFCs fan base whilst the club...

We must lobby the FA - Sisu not fit and proper

We don't know who owns the club under Sisu. Could be Robert Mugabe has a stake. FA have to act responsibly and stop hedge funds from buying Football clubs. Time to lobby the powers that be and ask for Government intervention if the FA won't do it themselves
