I liked Hyam but it doesn't mean a lot that he is part of a team that were top for a few hours, having played 2 games more than other teams around them. Max Biamou was part of a League 1 winning team in 2019/20.
Blackburn have played 2 games more than a lot of teams and could be out of the top 6 once teams catch up. As of now they have played 5 games more than us.
All that means nothing.
Armstrong and Terminum Capital are no longer interested apparently, A few days ago they were seen as favourites.

If you own a leasehold home, in theory once the lease expires the property standing on the leasehold ground then belongs to the leaseholder. This doesn't usually happen in practice (if the lease is extended prior to expiry)...
My understanding is that Administration will occur on Wednesday if no bail out happens. Monday is the day HMRC issue a winding-up action if the taxes are not paid. I assume that between close of business on Monday and Wednesday at 3.25 ?? if a bailout occurs then HMRC could cancel the winding-up...
As said, it's just kicking the can down the road, it would be TOTALLY unsustainable, and maybe some of the more sensible councillors (if there are any) will see this and vote accordingly.
The press should be all over this today - before the meeting.
Good editorial in the Mail
