From what I've seen of him I'd dispute he's awful, he made 2 huge errors for sure. Burge has benefited from a run of games where he too faced minimal shots of any some games tho played in a settled side. Tho all 4 errors two of which are identical are there own errors not the side. Anyway...

Is he tho? Is he worse than Burge? We've not seen enough of him or seen him on the training ground. It's not a great endorsement to compare identical errors I agree.

The point on that is Burge has no right to get to the ball and the very presence of him was enough to confuse Jordan Willis who had it covered and then lost sight of the ball as Burge came. Burge applied the brakes tho and didn't deal with it well enough.

I know the response want to me but I think we're getting sidetracked onto the mistakes made argument. That's another conversation completely. That's been and done now, it's all about the confidence of the individual. We've all seen what a confidence shot Lee Burge can do.

From my point of view the question needs to be asked as to what damage it's done to his confidence. A huge 6 pointer before a break from the league is a vital game to go into. The defence needs absolute confidence in his keeper behind, and a manager needs his keeper to make the right decisive...
