    What's the deal at Chelsea?

It's all very strange, it's a type of plan B for a Leicester or Burnley size club. Not Chelsea... still it's a pay day for someone who will likely play 5 games at the most in the next 12 months.

    What's the deal at Chelsea?

Andy Carroll, Peter Crouch, Ashley Barnes... this isn't your average Chelsea transfer list. That's the sort of transfer list we've had to put up with, not the sort of deals you'd expect from Chelsea. They are becoming a laughing stock. What's going down at the bridge, anyone got a clue...

    Chances of Making The Playoffs

Morecambe could need to win for survival so is far from ideal but at least they will come to play and go all out for the win in that scenario. Worst case is they need a draw as a minimum and park the bus and we need the win... Don't bare thinking about

Burge or O'Brien, who's in goal today?

    I think that's a fair analysis

    Video Coventry v Swindon

That's my take on it too and Grimmer was correct, Willis comes out to clear the header, doesn't make it Grimmer tucks in. Bayliss canters back following the ball and Willis wants to slot in to his position when he should of done Grimmer said job at right back instead of rejoining his position...

Anyone fearing a realistic bid for McNulty?

I see the valid point you make, MK Dons for instance my look at the job he's done here. Nah he's got sky blue blood, lightning don't strike twice surely at this time of year!! It's only a few weeks away from the last time he departed.

Burge or O'Brien, who's in goal today?

I don't think many have said that or questioned his continuous inclusion in the side. Burge has his doubters it's fair to say who are still scared by his past errors. I think it's fair to say and a good report to suggest he's a good L2 keeper and good shot stopper, distribution is poor but...

Burge or O'Brien, who's in goal today?

I'm really sorry and not being argumentative but your point is flawed. Burge played in the first 2 fa cup games not O'Brien, like Burge played in the 1st checkatrade trophy game when O'Brien had the shirt. Robins rotates when the time is right and trusts both. Burge clearly has No1 status...

Burge or O'Brien, who's in goal today?

Two points I'd like to make, 1 you suggest Robins doesn't rate/trust him as high as Lee Burge.... yet he's trusted against a premier league opposition. So I'd beg to differ your thoughts there if Robins lacked faith tho I'm not disputing who should be No1 2nd the thread was set up to see...

Burge or O'Brien, who's in goal today?

Yet he trusted him enough to face a premier league side? I think MR was happy with the reaction in training this week from a Burge to continue with a settled back 5 and retain the shirt and believe his confidence was back tho this wasn't evident early in the first half. Plenty of if buts and...

    Robins

Your guess is as good as mine given plenty of better candidates for MOTM yesterday, and Gaels historic MOTM awards.

Anyone fearing a realistic bid for McNulty?

I know I was a pro sell Willis to get reinvest in the side man but I'm more 50/50 on that now. Willis has grown a lot in December and put some big performances in now, tho I could still be tempted for a much bigger fee now with Rod Mcdonald twiddling his thumbs waiting to return. Would depend...

    Robins

Must be the reason why Lee Burge got the sponsors MOTM Gael Bigirimana trophy award yesterday. He met the criteria to be a winner.

    Robins

I don't think he's got the aggressive streak in him to thrive at this level. A typical Morden day academy product where the ability is there but not the mental strength to live up to his ability. He moved on so we will never know now. I'm happy with the outcome, as is his agent.

Wigan / Wolves interested in Ben Stevenson

Well MR obviously isn't too keen on him, had the chance to bring him on yesterday for Bayliss yet chose to let a flagging Bayliss drift in and out the game for the second half. Stevenson has gone backwards in his development this season, he's gone stale almost. Hasn't thrived with the...

    Robins

Actually you are correct he did offer a deal to him I recall, I remember his agent saying non league players are on more than what we were offering! Might of been a tactical cheeky offer, knowing his agent would move him on to better things!! We've done so well agreeing on a few things for...

Anyone fearing a realistic bid for McNulty?

I feel it's unlikely, we would price him out of any move as MR reminded us we're lucky to have him he's a player for higher leagues. However the only reason I suggest a bid may come is due to interest in other strikers in the league which ranges from Billy Kee to the likes of Danny Hylton.

Anyone fearing a realistic bid for McNulty?

9 league goals in 10 games now, 11 in the league, 14 goals in 29 appearances for the season. Surely he's got to be on someone's short list this January. Dread to think should we receive a bid, but I'd be hopeful that he'd repay his faith in MR like MR did with him.

    Chances of Making The Playoffs

Worth noting your point on Luton... Doncaster were 13 points clear of 4th place Portsmouth after 28 games at this point last year. Luton are good have fire power but they have players who are attracting interest from higher leagues. This Window is still young anything can happen. Like us they...
