'Technically', i'm sure he doesn't take a salary directly from Otium/ccfc, but presuably his Ltd company is paid for his part-time services ??

SISU will want the unencumbered freehold, and to pay feck all for it

Easy option is to blame the people who, for whatever reason, aren't going anymore....and there are many reasons. Harder option is to blame the club's owners, who run it part time, and couldn't give a shit about the crap state of the playing squad.
