I did make it clear in my opening post, that that chances of signing him were highly unlikely, hence the comment Improbable transfer. I was just noting that he was still a free agent, and wouldn't it be great if we could attract a player of such quality.

Fisher/Wagott apparently had negotiated a much lower rent circa 400k? and had shook hands on it, but joy went back on it and refused to sign. I believe the 100k pa is for use of the stadium on matchdays only, and not renting the stadium 24/7
