You definitely can. Especially with the physio and treatment that will be made available for Haji. But as others have mentioned there's no real timeframe for recovery. I had it a couple of years ago and it lasted a solid 12 months.

For L1 teams his wage will probably be more than they'd offer realistically. Clubs lower down the English pyramid generally don't like to invest into a GK. That will almost certainly extend to wages.
