It's not stalemate, it's avoidance. ACL have agreed to a meeting with no pre-conditions. Joy is avoiding having a meeting by demanding that the CVA be signed before she will consider attending. If it wasn't the CVA, I'm afraid there'd just be another excuse.

Other clubs have been in administration (which our club may or may not be - Ltd, Holdings, Otium etc) at this stage of a season, but I wonder if there has ever been one that has not even announced arrangements for its season tickets this close to the start of a season.

If there has been anything illegal, then proof would only be likely to come if the CVA is rejected. Given all that has happened, I think you'd have to be wilfully blind not to find it all just a little bit suspicious though.

I agree with much of that. We all know that the club is worth virtually nothing, but (in my view) if SISU decided to cut their losses and get out, there would be buyers prepared to pay something for the club. Hopefully they'll be able to "overpay" to a sufficient level to persuade SISU that...
