Agreed, but the post I quoted was looking to the ref for the defeat, rather than the shit performance.

Most teams that play like that against us gets success. It wasn't a flash-in-the pan result. It wasn't even struggling against their physicality that's concerning, but how easy we made it for them to defend against us.

Blaming the referee for the team's failings is silly, and looking for excuses.

I think it's fair to say that whoever gets the last two playoff places is really not up to the standard required. You can't capitulate against such limited opponents and have aspirations to get promoted. Apart from the fact that we struggle in the face of any team that shows above average...

They don't. They look like a very limited team fighting for their lives, and we look like a team with nothing to play for.

We don't have a plan A against this type of team. We didn't under Robins either. They're just not a team of scrappers.

We're nowhere close to being good enough in honesty. I know we've been unlucky with crucial injuries, but we've always been capable of putting in dross like this against teams like these.

Luton's going to be exactly like this, too.

This is as shit a performance as we've had all season, but to be done by some dirty c**t who should have been off after half an hour fucking boils my piss.

This is as pathetic a performance as we have put in all season. Woeful against a team that have nothing beyond a bit of muscle.

It wasn't a conspiracy. That's mad talk. The officials interpreted it correctly based on the guidelines that they were given. This issue is examining stills like that to the nth degree. If you have to do that, then what you are looking for had no bearing on anything. Such pedantry is not...

Sheffield Wednesday. He was good against them. They're pretty average.

Language does indeed move on, and I am ok with that. But people who say 'literally' when they mean 'figuratively' can fuck off, keep fucking off, and then fuck off some more.

    3 games to go

It's not just who teams are playing, though, it's also how teams handle the pressure. Nobody's guaranteed anything.

Generally I agree with this. For the output, he's not been a great buy. He has games where he's unplayable, but they are too few and far between. When he's not having one of those game, we need him to be aggressive with his back to the goal and occupy defences by battling, and thus allowing us...

He did a job for the team which contributed towards a very good win. He did a lot of dirty work today, and you saw how it changed when he went off. Do we need better? Yes, really, but at the moment, he's by far the best bet in that position and does a job we need someone to do.
